“The SC may entertain petition for review of decision of the impeach court because it involves interpretation of the Constitution. It is authorized, within its power to interpret the Constitution and correct the Senate if in fact the interpretation is wrong. So, it is an open question, Karen, whether or not SC will interfere. If she’s not back in the PH, she should not be allowed to vote because voting must be personally done. You can’t vote by electronic means. The impeachment court has no jurisdiction over Sen. Marcoleta and Sen. Estrada,” ani Drilon.
